Fall 2026 · 8-Week Online Men's Group

Connection strong enough for your life's work.
Challenge real enough to grow you.

Ethos is a men's group for guys who are done carrying it all alone — built for men who want a purpose-driven life and the brotherhood to back it up.

Most men are surrounded by people — and still on their own.

You can run a business, support a family, and show up for everyone who needs you — and still not have a single person you'd call when it really matters. That's not a rare story. It's the default for a lot of good men.

What's missing

No structure in your life built to create real connection with other men — just the occasional guys trip that fades when life gets .

What it feels like

You've quietly started to believe this is just how it is for you. That you're the exception, not the rule.

What's actually true

Men shouldn't have to carry everything alone — and the people who depend on you deserve a man who isn't.

"Relentless. Gentle, but relentless."

A few years back, a man in his fifties who'd run a successful construction business for years told me he had no one to list as his emergency contact. I recognized it, because I've lived it. Constantly striving to show up for others, but holding it together until life happens. It summed up neatly why I organize men's groups.

Through the last decade, I've supported men to build the kind of relationships with other men that most guys assume aren't possible past a certain age — the kind where people call you on your blind spots and show up even when it costs them something. I've led men's groups, worked with individuals one-on-one, and learned from the men I respect most.

Ethos is the culmination of personal experience and professional training - a framework for men with a sense of responsibility to  build a strong personal practice & community to support what they stand for.

Not sure yet? Book a call with Andrew instead.

This is what you build:

—

Consistent action on what actually matters, not just what's urgent.

—

The capacity to lead — in relationship, at work, and at home.

—

Clarity on what you're building toward, and why.

—

The confidence to say what's true, even when it's uncomfortable — and hear it back.

“I was able to dramatically turn my life around, finding alignment with my career and securing sustainable income for myself and my growing life. I am beyond grateful for the support that Andrew offered during this process, where we unpacked beliefs, stories, and trapped emotions that were holding me back in my purpose, finances, and relationships.
I would recommend this program to anyone who is working through a barrier in their life, craving a meaningful and lasting breakthrough.”

A few honest answers.

Is it going to be uncomfortable or awkward?

Probably, sometimes. That's one of the "side effects" when men gather with a shared intention of depth and authenticity.  The things we habitually keep out of the conversation become opportunities to get real & honest.

Do I have to perform some idea of masculinity?

No. There's no script to perform and no "right way to be a man" here. This is about dropping the mask, not putting on a new one.

I already have a lot on my plate. Is this one more obligation?

It's not about being beholden to strangers. It's about committing to what's already important to you — and finally having support to act on it. Participants are generally very busy people, but find that the group actually helps them

Who's there for you when it truly matters?

If you're open to finding out, Ethos starts this fall. Applications are open now.
